2. Once funds are credited to your balance, they are non-refundable. We are not a cryptocurrency exchange or financial exchange.

3. Always double-check your shipping address. If you make a mistake in your delivery address (missing even one digit, forgetting to indicate your apartment number, etc.), you will not receive your parcel and it will be entirely your responsibility. Orders returned to the sender's address are considered lost and cannot be retrieved by our company. 

4. All our products are intended exclusively for laboratory research.

5. By purchasing any of the listed products, the buyer thereby assumes all risks associated with the consumption or distribution of the purchased product.

6. The buyer guarantees to comply with all laws of the local Drug Administration and is familiar with the regulations of the local Ministry of Health, including mandatory prescriptions required for the import of pharmaceutical products.

7. We reserve the right to limit sales or refuse to purchase products if an unsuitable buyer contacts us.
